NLP MetaFest 2026 Men's Tee

The artwork

Across the back, every name, set in full. Robert Dilts, Connirae Andreas, Shelle Rose Charvet, David Shephard, Michael Hall, Kim Redman, Will Horton, and Frank Pucelik, one of the three who started the whole thing at Santa Cruz in the early seventies, recorded in permanent type. Sixteen further contributors beneath them. Nobody omitted.

The frame is not decoration. Coast redwoods, California poppies, purple lupine, monarchs caught mid-flight: the living landscape of the hills above Santa Cruz, where a small group of people started asking what excellent people do differently and built a field that has since travelled the world. The place is in the picture because the place is where it began.

At the base, a QR code that opens the event. The sessions run live and then they are over. This is the part that stays.

On the chest, the MNCA mark. Small, centred, quiet.

The garment

A thesis this loud does not go on a thin shirt. Heavyweight 220 GSM, 22-singles combed cotton, dense enough that the print sits in the cloth rather than on top of it, and heavy enough to hold its shape through years of washing.

• Ribbed neck, shoulder-to-shoulder taping and side seams, so it will not twist out of shape in the wash
• Double-needle hems at sleeve and body
• Preshrunk, so the fit you buy is the fit you keep
• Relabelled, with nothing scratching at the back of your neck

Size chart

Measurements are of the garment itself, laid flat, in centimetres. Body width is taken straight across the chest from seam to seam, body length from the highest point of the shoulder to the hem. Allow up to 2.5 cm variance.
