Make NLP Cool Again. It is the name of the label, and it is also the brief.
On 25 to 27 August 2026, for the first time in fifty years, the architects of Neuro-Linguistic Programming take one stage together. Eight master trainers. Sixteen more contributors beside them. Free to attend, live, reaching every timezone on earth.
A once-in-a-generation moment deserves better than a conference badge. So MNCA made it a tour poster.
Of the three MetaFest garments, this is the one that becomes a habit.
The artwork
The back of this piece is the bill. Robert Dilts, Connirae Andreas, Shelle Rose Charvet, David Shephard, Michael Hall, Kim Redman, Will Horton, and Frank Pucelik, one of the three who started the whole thing at Santa Cruz in the early seventies, set in headline type. Sixteen more contributors beneath them. Nobody left off.
The frame is not decoration. Coast redwoods, California poppies, purple lupine, monarchs caught mid-flight: the living landscape of the hills above Santa Cruz, where a small group of people started asking what excellent people do differently and ended up building a field that travelled the world. The place is in the picture because the place is where it started.
At the base, a QR code that opens the event. The sessions run live and then they are over. This is the part that stays.
On the chest, the MNCA mark. Four letters, no explanation, which is roughly the point.
The garment
A mid-weight 320 GSM fleece in a relaxed, drop-shoulder cut: the boxy, lived-in silhouette rather than the gym-hoodie one. It is garment dyed, which means the colour went into the finished piece rather than the yarn, so it settles with a depth flat-dyed fleece never quite gets and softens in a way you can feel by the third wear.
- Mid-weight 320 GSM fleece, 80% cotton and 20% recycled polyester, with cotton facing against the skin
- Every hood diverts roughly seven 500 ml plastic bottles from landfill
- Relaxed fit with a dropped shoulder and generous body
- Pullover, self-fabric lined hood, no drawcord, for a cleaner line at the neck and nothing to fray
- Kangaroo pocket and ribbed sleeve cuffs
- Garment dyed and preshrunk
- Relabelled, with nothing scratching at the back of your neck
Size chart
Measurements are of the garment itself, laid flat, in centimetres. Body width is taken straight across the chest from seam to seam, body length from the highest point of the shoulder to the hem. Allow up to 2.5 cm variance.

|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|

Sizes XS to 3XL, unisex and deliberately roomy. Take your usual size for the intended relaxed drape, or size down if you would rather it sat closer.
